This online site is offered as is, we reserve the right to withdraw products, change prices and cancel sales in the event an item has been wrongly priced, in the event such an error has occurred we will refund the full value of any payment made by you the customer and cancel the order, you may then re-order once the price has been corrected.

All Items are dispatched using Royal Mail, although we aim to dispatch the same day an order is received, there are occasions where this is not possible.  Orders are dispatched using 1st class recorded delivery, it is you the customer who is responsible to ensure that somebody is available to sign for the package, we reserve the right to use a courier however this may result in the item being delivered later in the day compared to your postman.

All our products carry a 12 month return to base warranty, this simply means that you must return the item to us for repair or replacement, before doing so, please call us on 0845 129 8592 (Calls charged at local rate)

Refunds are only available for items purchased from this site, if you purchased one of our products elsewhere, you must return it to the place of purchase for a refund, however, we are happy to deal with warranty repairs directly with customers who purchased elsewhere, please visit our Technical Support website for assistance in solving problems.
